Who are the spaces for?

Our spaces are for yoga/Pilates teachers, bodyworkers, energy healers and anyone in the wellness, health & holistic field looking to create and host their events. The events can be as small as a talk or class, and as big as a masterclass or retreat. Our doors are open to those who have worked in building their tribe on their own and are looking to scale up and offer something fresh & interesting to their following.

How do I confirm and pay for my bookings?

First & foremost, contact us in advance, please :) send us a little Hello and introduction via WhatsApp @+60122281402 . Let’s have a chat and talk about your project ideas & plans. We can help check the calendar for your preferred date(s) or we can also organize a day/time that you can visit the venue you are interested in and check the availability from there.

Then you can book via Venue Booking on your own. As simple as that!

How many pax can OBS accommodate?

That depends on whether you are using yoga mats or only chairs & bolsters.

For the bigger spaces - OurBodySpace & OurBumiSpace - we can just about squeeze 12 yoga mats. Airo Yoga classes and workshops will only be able to take up to 10 pax including the teacher.

If it is more of a sit-down workshop or circle, we have managed to get over 20 participants in the space.

For the Pilates floor - it can take from a couple of trainees to as many as 6 pax in a Pilates circuit-training style session.

The Healing room is ideally a one-to-one space but the couch can cozily fit 3 pax if neccessary.

Do you provide mats, bolsters, blocks and other equipment?

Yes, we do... and so much more! Ideally, it is a good idea to invite your attendees to bring their own props, it’s just more sanitary. Having said that we do provide everything with no extra charges.

Are masks & social distancing still a requirement?

While we most certainly prefer extra breathing space for everyone, that is really up to the teacher/facilitator. Private areas such as the Pilates floor and therapy room don’t offer a large amount of personal bubble space. Having said that, please encourage your tribe to be cautious & considerate, with themselves and each other - if they are unwell, urge them to either where a mask or postpone their attendance.

What is the sanitization procedure?

Our beloved team regularly cleans the spaces once the sessions are completed. In addition, we provide cleaning sprays and towels for everyone to wipe the mats and apparatuses that they have used.

Where can we park our cars?

You may park anywhere in front of Block A - unit A1, A2 and A5. If you see a parking lot available, it is yours. You can also park beside the wall in front of Block A. Make sure you are close enough to the wall that there is space for cars to pass through.

DO NOT park your car in the corners of Block A towards Block B and thereafter. It will make it very challenging for anyone to make the turn and pass through. Please be aware of the NO PARKING signs in that spot. We have grumpy neighbours. Yea, you know the kind. Let's keep the peace! Thank you

Where are the class schedules and memberships? And what are the rates?

There are none :)

Since the pandemic, we restructure the business and become a venue rental. We are no longer organizing class timetables or membership packages. Because we are not in charge of the classes/workshops/events, the rates will vary. It is best to reach out to the teacher/facilitator to find out.

I see, so how do I find out about the classes or workshops that the teachers are offering?

Great question! There are quite a few ways.

We post the events offered on our Facebook page and Instagram stories @ourbodyspace.worldwide

We also have an OBS Family Whatsapp group chat that you may join for updates as well, direct link HERE

What do I need to wear?

Comfortable workout / yoga attire. Preferably no socks because you may slip & slide on the floors and/or stairs… and (not gonna lie) the thought of that happening is scary to us.

Is there an age limit?

Age is nothing but a number... but please BE MINDFUL of the stairs. Children are allowed as long as they can behave themselves. We're cool with that.

If you are wondering if your child can join the class with you? I would advise the age to be at least 13 years old , or ask the teacher. Even if you are of the Golden age, we welcome you will open arms, but once again, be mindful of the stairs. You’ve been warned :)
