  1. ALL CREDITS (packages & subscriptions) are given 10 minutes buffer time blocked before (for you to prepare for the session) & after (to tidy and clean the space before the next bookings). If you need a little more prep & clear time, please notify us prior to booking

  2. Teachers & facilitators are permitted to share all workshop & bundle packages & subscriptions with others

  3. Contact us @ 012-2281402 IN ADVANCE for available time/date slots. While the system is automated, please get in touch with us regarding your plans :)

  4. Rental bookings must be made IN ADVANCE. Book your venue here

  5. When you have made your booking, please inform us so that our team can be there to unlock the door for you before your session begins

  6. It is the responsibility of the teacher/facilitator to market/promote their own events to their target audience. We highly encourage our facilitators to build their community

  7. Having said that, we are very happy to assist in creating & sharing the event(s) on our social media platforms, and Google.

  8. Please turn off all lights, fans, and a/c and close all the doors & windows after the session. Leave the studio spaces as you found them for the next sessions

  9. If something is faulty/broken, inform us immediately so we can fix the issue as soon as possible
